General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
thanks for writing in to HCM.
I have gone through your complaints.

Kindly visit a gastroenterologist regarding your problem.
He may prescribed Digestiive enzyme syrups and tablet proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole for gastric related problems.
Also, a colonoscopy nd an Xray may be recommended to exclude irritable bowel syndrome and an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.

Since you have not specified your gender, if you are a female it could be related to menstrual cycles also .

Hope this helped .

Regards ,
Dr.Riyanka
