What Causes Sudden And Severe Hair Fall?

Dear Doctor, I am 35 year old woman.My hair fall started a year ago suddenly.It is coming out diffusely,from everywhere.I have lost a lot of hair.i had a blood test test,no inflammation in my body,thyroids are working well,had dental x ray too.I am very healthy,eating a very healthy diet.I have been taking Nourkin,biotin,folic acid,b12.I tried folcapil too and Vichy dercos aminexil ampulles.Nothing helps.A year ago I had thick hair,now hardly any left.I am not living a stressful life.What further investigations could I make and while they going on what could I take to prevent further loss?thank you very much .Kind regards ,Katalin

Hi,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sudden and severe hair-fall which is alopecia problem and could be due to fungal infection, improper hygiene, environmental changes and hormonal changes. Need not to worry. I would suggest you maintain complete hygiene and consult a dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor may order skin patch test, blood test and physical examination and may prescribe you antifungal treatment along with Minoxidil spray. Start taking supplements like Vitamin A, Omega-3 and Vitamin E. Take Follihair multivitamin nutritional supplement and take Indian gooseberry powder with water. Keep your scalp dry.
