What Causes Sudden Appearance Of Freckles On Thighs,legs And Stomach?

Hi I have just started taking skin hair and nail supplements and evening primrose oil and have just noticed tiny dark brown freckles appearing suddenly on my thighs legs and stomach that were not there yesterday. Is it the supplements or something else? I have had no exposure to sunlight as it is the winter and I have been wrapped up. How do I stop them from spreading and do you know what's ca using it
