What Causes Sudden Back And Joint Pain In Multiple Areas, Including Shooting Pain From My Wrist To Elbow?

Hi Ive been having back pain along with joint pain in my hip, knees, elbow s, right, shoulder, and both wrist. I m 39 years old and never have had any medical problems. All of this has started at once. On the backhand outside part of my wrist it shoots a pain up to my elbow after I take in a deep breath and exhale. Please can someone tell me what s wrong. I had an EKG done and I have the results
