What Causes Sudden Behavioral Changes In Adults?

Hey doctor i have a problem sometimes if. Am calling anyone if that one canceld my call i keep calling and i get really nervous even if they didnt cancel and am not patient at all i want every thing just right like how i imagin it i want every thing to be perfect am over protective i got a big problem with my fiance plz help me how to cure myself am pressured and i keep pressuring every one around me i dont know what happened to me i used to be so patient and calm now am kinda aggressive

Hello Dear. You have anxiety problem. Your features looks like some kind of Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Kindly consult a psychiatrist and clinical psychologist. There is no need to feel any hesitation or embarrasment in approaching a psychiatrist. Practically everyone in this world will have some kind of mental problems. Everyone needs counselling at times.
