What Causes Sudden Blackout And Rashes On The Neck?

Hi, I hanged myself yesterday with a cord, partially supported with my toes, my SO found me and had me concious within 5seconds of blackout. Other than the expected bruised neck, raspy/sore throat, and scratches on my neck(not sure if this is from having my windpipe cutoff or SO trying to get the cord off my neck.) I have a constant headache on the left side of my head, my arms and legs don t always work, and I have had bouts of weakness where I feel like my body is made of lead. I am going to visit my doctor and seek medical help, I just don t want to overreact and put my loved ones through anymore unnecessary drama.
