What Causes Sudden Bleeding Despite Being On Nexplanon?
I have been on the nexplanon birth control for almost a year now and I haven t had my period since I got it. Now all of a sudden today I noticed some bleeding as if my cycle was starting. Is this normal and what would be the cause of it just starting now??

It can happen while on Nexplanon. As a first line management, you can take drugs like Tranexamic acid to control bleeding. If bleeding persists better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
