What Causes Sudden Blurry Vision, Inability To Move Arms And Breathing Difficulty?

So I need to know if I should go to the hospital. Im laying down, my vision just suddenly blurred. When I tried to move my arms it was like I was paralyzed. Then it I couldnt breath. It lasted about 13 seconds. Then I tried to sit up my vision blurred and I felt like I was falling. I was completely conscious the entire time though.
