General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Lab work to be done, CBC with differential, serum electrolyte, blood culture, serum PCT. These will give idea [treatment of antibiotics ceftriaxone i/v is option] should be started based on culture report if possible, PCM for fever SOS. Glucose, electrolyte to be monitored. In a nut shell, you need to go to physician. Listen to smooth, healing music, stay with family good friends, do meditation breathing exercise during these time it will help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
