What Causes Sudden Body Tremors, Dizziness And Fatigue?

Hello uhm.. I was lying in my bed, reading light novels then suddenly, I feel weak, shaky and... I don t know if lightheadedness or dizziness I ve felt. So I thought maybe i m hungry or what so I ate snacks but it didn t change anything. I m only 18 and it s way past 2am here.

hypertensive and diabetic profile may be done.any problem detected should be treated. may be having anxiety neurosis. if no diabetes then can eat or take fruit juice. take balanced diet fresh fruits and vegitable
