What Causes Sudden Bruising And Weakness In The Arms?

Hello, I am experiencing extreme sudden bruising, weakness in my limbs and find it hard to hold my head up - this worsens as the day progresses. I have very little grip strength, as my voice is becoming increasingly weaker. I have troubel walking - and appear to be drunk! What is going on?
