Hi,
I can understand your concern for redness of sudden burning sensation in face and arms. It appears to be related to sun sensitivity also known as polymorphous light eruptions. This is a common condition resulting due to exposure to sun and then sudden burning sensation in face and arms with itching over the same.
In my patients with your kind of condition I suggest them to do best sun protection by avoiding sun light. I generally prefer to prescribe an application of steroid based cream such as cortisone and an antihistamine tablet such as cetrizine. A sun protection is very important to reduce the further tendency. If despite using the therapy there are more eruptions then it is better to get analyzed by a dermatologist.
All the best.
