I got up 2 hrs earlier than usual; had breakfast, coffee, cereal, banana; went to my desk & did paper work till 2 pm; was tired, walked to bedroom to take a nap .... I was so cold my whole body shook, I put on heavy sweats and a blanket, took a regular asprin it seemed like a long time before I stopped shaking,... wook up at 5 & feel fine ....... what happened?????
Hi This is typical of Rigors and chills which is seen with many reasons like Viral and bacterial infections, Bacterial gastroenteritis (diarrhea), Infectious mononucleosis, Influenza, Pneumonia, Severe throat infections, Urinary tract infections such as pyelonephritis, malaria (if had a visit to African / Asian countries). I think you need to be investigated for the cause of your problem from your Physician and be treated accordingly Take Care
