What Causes Sudden Chills Running Down Legs And Arms?

all of a sudden i ve been getting chills. just the kind that run down my legs like i ve just been told a creepy story. it lasts for a few seconds then goes away. once in a while i get them in my arms too. I ve been getting them about every 30 minutes or so. it just started a week or so ago. i am a cancer survivor and wondered if this is a sign of more cancer?

Its a clear sign of some psychological fear imbibed in you that you may not get cancer again. If at all it happens it would be managed as before.

Please start deep breathing exercise and herbal food supplement like Chyavanprash which gives physical and mental strength.
