What Causes Sudden Cold Sores, Fatigue, Hot And Red Cheeks?

Hi, I m a 56 year old, healthy diet-oriented woman, but for the last few years, I keep getting sick. When I try to exercise, I get cold sores, and recently, pneumonia. Six weeks on, and still feel weak. Also, I get hot, red cheeks (not hot flashes-- it feels different) and come over very fatigued. My blood tests are all normal, and my GP says not to worry, but I m struggling a bit. I d appreciate your opinion, Desiree.
