What Causes Sudden Cough With Burping And Itching In Throat?

age 29, hight 179 cm, weight 67 kg, medical history normal.
from last 3 months on words i have a problem in throat, i don't have coughs suddenly cough comes 1 or 2 times in a day that too presser from stomach. after cough burps coming. if i have any chilli powder, that time i am getting itching in my throat and getting cough. now days am getting little bit pain also.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of burping, coughing and pain and itching in throat along with more discomfort during on taking chillies seems to be due to Gastroesophageal reflux disease or acid reflux leading to reflux of acid from stomach to throat and mouth leading to irritation and inflammation and it is the cause of coughing..
You should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to get upper G.I endoscopy done to confirm the cause..
In case of reflux he can advise you to take proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole, antacids like Milk of magnesia, take short frequent meals, drink plenty of water and take yoghurt, avoid spicy food and sleep with head and chest raised as compared to feet..
