my age is 39, male, i am suffering from drakness on knuckles from severals years, i drink to much coke every day, but now days many moles develop on my body. fine lines and wrinkles develop in my body, One Dr. says that my ageing is very fast.please advised

Check thyroid, blood sugar, vitamin B and D levels. A most common cause of these changes. If all are a normal hydrate, take a healthy meal with more of greens.
