General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your query.
Breast size depends on two components - breast tissue & fat.
So breast size can reduce due weight loss from any cause-which you don't have ,still though there is no weight gain, distribution of fat in bidy can alter due to hormonal imbalance-which can affect menstrual cycle also.
- You should consult an endocrinologist ,get your hormone estimation done & start the hormone replacement as per need.
- Physical exercises specially for chest muscles & high protein diet would help.
-
Thanks.
