What Causes Sudden Diplopia After Vomiting And Vertigo?

hi.. i am 27 years old... 2 wks back i suffered from profuse vomiting and vertigo... after recovering from that i start suffering from diplopia... doc says its neurological... but i never had any head injury... so kindly tell me wat cud b the reason of this neurological prob..

for neurological symptoms not necessarily there should be head injury. it can be migraine. can-start taking miganil tablet from one tablet increase up tosix tablet till symptoms subside. detail eye examination is required. ocular muscle balancing. measurement of IOP. with these test diagnosis can be done. so treatment can be recomanded.
