What Causes Sudden Disability To Focus In Right Eye?

I am experiencing a sudden indabiity to focus in my right eye. Print and images on the TV look blurry regardless of how close or far away I am, and with or without glasses. I am nearsighted but my vision is correct to 20/20 with glasses. Thank you. What is it?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

This sudden change in Your Vision can be due various reasons. Change in refractive error, Accommodation related issue, Cataract, Glaucoma, uveitis, Retinal Disease especially the one that effects the central retina and many more. It will be good if you can have a physical consult with the Ophthalmologist and he will help identify the reason behind the problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saurabh Mittal, Ophthalmologist
