Welcome at HCM I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns. For how long he is suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? He needs to be examined by the physician for proper assessment. There is need to get his FBC, ESR , ECG , CHEST X RAY, LFTs, RFTs, After then we will be able to proceed. ULTRASUND SCAN of the abdomen and pelvis is very helpful in this setting. Meet your physician. Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain Get well soon Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask Regards Dr Saad Sultan
