Dizziness with position change can be due to inner ear problems such as BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). You will need to have a check with your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and if this is the cause of the dizziness and vertigo you experienced the doctor can treat you in the office with Epley maneuver.
