What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Cold Sweats During Pregnancy?

Hi, i am 29 years old, weight is 204 currently, i am 18 weeks pregnant. I am typically healthy with venous reflux in my legs. I was walking the hallway at work, suddenly became dizzy, massively fatigued, cold sweats, short of breath and heart rate to 121 (normally 70-80), what could this be?
