What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Dark Bowel Movement?

I saw a doctor today because I was laying in bed watching my messages and Facebook on my cell phone and suddenly everything around me is spinning. Doctor found out I have some wax build up in my left ear and they clean it. But when I get home and poop. I notice my stool is darker. Am I bleeding inside my stomach?

I understand your concern about the situation. Sudden dizziness can cause a state of panic in almost any person. And adding the fact that you had darker stools than normal, very much seems like there might be some bleeding in your gut. Given your history it is advisable that you get yourself checked with your physician, as it is important to know the actual cause of bleeding. Many times the bleeding can be due to a small blood vessel injury, which mostly heal by itself, but there are some more Important causes which might be needed to be taken care of. So a physician visit is a must to rule out any serious causes.
