Hello,

It can be a result of an old accident leading to complication might have damaged ocular muscle, and its innervation blood pressure is high so consult a physician for advice on consultation and diet control. Specially restricted salt diet. The hypertensive profile can be done and advise of treatment should be accordingly recommended numbness may be due to peripheral obstruction of blood circulation, ocular muscle function should be tested if effected then surgically repaired test for Phoria be done and squint be tested if the age is above nine years, then cosmetic correction by surgery can be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
