What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Headache?
I started to get dizzy the room was spinning. Then felt like I was going to throw up . My skin got all sweaty. Started to throw up a lot. Walking I felt I was going to fall. I still feel flushed and headaches. Just laying in bed. I m a diabetic on pills. What could this be?

I share your concerns. I would like to know some more details like your age, sex, general health like weight, number of times you had similar symptoms, any family history, any associated symptom like chest pain or abdominal pain.
However with the information you have provided I would like to consider hypoglycaemia first, because you are on diabetes drugs. Little overdose of medicine or relatively less intake of food can cause hypoglycaemia and can lead to the symptoms you had.
Another possibility is anaemia, as you might have been controlling your diet due to diabetes.
Third and more serious probability is transient ischaemia to heart or brain. It can happen with the diabetic patients. Diabetic patients sometimes don't feel pain due to neuropathy.
A less serious possibility is dehydration.
You need to visit a general practitioner for detailed assessment of your health. You need to ubder go blood tests and clinical examination. Keep taking good balanced diet and plenty of fluids.
