What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

All of a sudden i got dizzy amd lightheaded but my head felt heavy but when i laid down i feel fine so I tried to get up again and i i thought i was dieing i started to feel like i was about to puke and i had to rush to the couch or i was gonna fall over ive been laying here for like 3 hours now and it hasn't gone away and i even drank water because i was dehydrated please help me this has happened before just not this bad i don't think

this may be general debility. You need general health checkup. it include hemogram, hypertensive profile and dibeticprofile. you should take normal 2to3 liters of water daily. after investigation the cause of your diziness can be diagnosed.
