What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Mild Headache?

I m feeling dizzy (or vertigo?) all of a sudden with a very slight headache. Had breakfast and lunch and a couple of vitamins (multi and B complex). Put some minerals in my water just in case I needed some. Went outside for some fresh air. Still feel a little funny
