What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Nausea With History Of Having Low BP?
Hi, my friend who is 52 years old, had a heart attack several years ago and has very low blood pressure since she was a child. She is now experiencing dizziness often. But today, it s different. She s has had several dizzy spells and now is sweating. With this dizzy spells, she feels nausea. She won t listen to me and I m really concerned. I know that when her blood sugar drops and she eats, shes better. Today, it s not going away.... I felt her face and it wasn t cold or clammy, just sweating
She needs to be clinically examined in person and undergo the following tests: 1) ECG 2) Blood pressure measurement 3) Blood glucose levels 4) 2D echo radiography
Please do consult a physician or a cardiologist for further evaluation.
