What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In Legs?

Hello, yesterday i believe i came close to fainting. i was working outside with alot of people, i was only in the heat for 45 minutes working and i became very light headed and everything was bright and i had trouble seeing in front of me, i had drank over a litre of water in the morning before working, but i still drank some more water after and sat down and my legs where tingling for about 20 minutes and felt like i was shaking?

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have sudden dizziness and tingling sensation in legs . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like abnormal levels of vitamin B12 or other vitamins , poor blood supply , herniated disk in your spine , pressure on your nerves , diabetes , migraine , ,shingles , multiple sclerosis and transient ischemic attack . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . doctor may order blood tests , electrolyte level testing , thyroid function testing ,
nerve conduction studies and spinal tap . Doctor may also examine ear . Doctor will treat you as per diagnosis . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist or cardiologist . For now avoid bending forward and stay calm .
