What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Vomiting Sensation?

Started last night, felt dizzy when I laid down, got worried...don't usually get dizzy like that. Then I started to feel like I was to vomit but only had dry heaves. Felt warm/chilled but no fever only lower than normal. Haven't felt hungary all day, ate some saltines, gingerale, and tonight peanut butter & jelly on a slice of bread. Took my multivitamin. Slept a good part of the day, did drive to the store and did OK. No dizziness today (yet). Feel anxious, nervous and confused of what this could be, and why I feel so drained.

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you had a bout of dizziness and vomiting sensation . Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to wide range of reasons from simple weakness to serious inner ear problem . But in your case It seems to me that the symptoms are due to generalized weakness , low blood iron level or low blood glucose level . There is nothing to panic , If such symptoms happens again then consult ENT specialist for proper examination and rule out conditions like meniere's disease, inner ear infection , allergic reaction or diabetic condition . For now take proper rest and avoid bending forward .
