What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Weakness 59year Hypotensive Woman?
I am a 59 yr old female with HTN, well-controlled with medication, and I recently have experienced SOB, dizziness, and extreme weakness. At those times, my ability to answer direct questions is compromised. I experienced these symptoms yesterday; today I feel better, although I have some SOB. I do not exercise.

Hello.. Welcome.. Sudden onset of breathlessness might be related to heart problems.. Kindly go for 2 d echo and trademill stress stress to rule out the breathlessness due to heart. Additionally go for CBC, S. Creat, lipid profile, thyroid profile and x ray of chest.. Kindly also confirm that excessive HTN medication will also cause giddiness and breathlessness..
