What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Stomach Cramps?

Hi I m 29 and have recently started to get dizzy spells and lightheaded along with stomach cramps. I m also really tired. I have come down with a cold, they don t usually knock me like this though as I m a mum to 3 young children and mostly get on with illnesses.

You might be having low blood pressure or excessive gastritis, take an OTC antacid for 5-10 days and hydrate yourself well.
