What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Nausea And Headache?

Late this afternoon I felt very faint, preceded by nausea, headache and the tremors. This occurred around 2:30 pm. I had not eaten anything other than coffee and a roll/bread for breakfast. The previous day I had a late lunch early dinner consisting of a bowl of soup and cobb salad. I felt my blood sugar dropped so I had a bite of salad and a couple of sips of coca cola. An hour later i vomitted everything in my system then fell asleep for an hour. When I awoke, I felt 100% better, had an appetite and ate prime rib sandwich and salad for dinner. Could this be due to the simple fact I was mal nourished for the day?

Hi sir/ma'am.... Yes it can be due to you had inadequate breakfast. might be due to low blood sugar. but the odd point here is headache and vomiting ....if it's persistent or recur again you have to go for further work up of headache and vomiting and if it doesn't recur then enjoy your life....Thank you.
