What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Shaking In Hands/legs And Blurred Vision?

hi, i just wanted to know if something was wrong. Today while i was driving home i felt really dizzy and faint and i thought i was going to pass out. my hands and my legs started shakiing and then my hands got numb. I realized at a stoplight that i couldnt read the license pllate of the car infront of me because it was too blurry and then when we started going again i couldnt stay in the lines for my life. my stomach has been hurting all day too. This is not the first time it has happened, but this is the worst time yet. any ideas?

it is a neuromuscular problem. investigation may be done according ly. a neurologist may be consulted. eye test like refraction and fund us tobe examined. any problem detected should be treated.
