What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Shaky Legs, Profuse Sweating And Fatigue?
This morning I had pain in tummy felt sick but didn t. Stood up when walking felt shaky and dizzy. Tried to hold onto something to stop me falling but not sure what happened but legs were shaking bad and I couldn t stop and was soaked in sweat am worried, feel really tired. No energy and feel like my head elsewhere at times

If you have a bad stomach like having diarrhea then this fatigue was caused by loss of electrolytes, salts and fluids from the body. Fluid and electolyte loss causes decrease in blood pressure. When you stand up then this decrease of blood pressure results in dizziness and hypotension. Take lot of fluids and ORS besides your medication.
