What Causes Sudden Drop In BP Level While On Atenolol?

My blood pressure is 163/94 and my HDL is 107. No chest pain or other symptoms. Currently taking 25mg of atenolol for past week. Blood pressure drops to 144/91 when I run in the morning. Should I be concerned over these numbers? I am 73 and in good health and very flexible in body.

Hi
No it's an ideal blood pressure. There is nothing to worry about. Your blood pressure is very much controlled by atenolol.
Thank you
