What Causes Sudden Dry Mouth, Dizziness And Breathing Trouble?
i had something happen yesterday... I suddenly got dry mouth real bad, got up for a drink and then got dizzy and had trouble catching my breath... i sat down and put my head between my legs taking deep breaths. Then i started to vomit... shortly later the chest pains started but everything else went away. I was still shaking for about an hour and the pains remained untill i awoke this morning

your symptoms could be due to innocuous reasons and serious reasons too. Get your cardiac perfusions assessed and get an EKG.your symptoms need evaluation of a cardiac profile. After that further correlation will be planned to seek a diagnosis.
