General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the electric shock like feeling through spine does indicate underlying disturbances at the nerve conduction through secondary modifications. It is recommended to undergo an MRI of the lower lumbar spine to get final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
