What Causes Sudden Electrical Impulse Throughout The Body?

I have been having dreams and lately (2 times) I have fallen out of bed. I am 65 years old, female and recently had an MRI of the brain which showed additional leasions. I don t think I fell out of bed I feel I had an electrical impulse that threw me out of bed.
