Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As a physician I would like to tell you that there could be various causes for this fever with chills condition, some are like malaria, typhoid, and viral fever. For all of these, you need to visit a physician and get blood tests and clinical examination done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
