What Causes Sudden Episode Of Dizziness With Body Tremors?

I've had this before... But last-night, as I was folding my third load of laundry, about 11:30 at night, I got a sudden flash...of light-headedness, and my body started to tremmor...and I barely made-it to the bed... body twitching on and off for the first few minutes, passed-out til morning, 8:30am, with everything still how I left it the night before. TV on, drink on table, lights on, and that's never how I go to bed! I have been going through alot this past week, back and fourth to the hospital everyday, my mom recouverring from a colonostomy last Thursday. Got her home yesyerday, and going back to see her this late afternoon... But, I chose to take the day-off today, this morning, as I fear my body may be telling me something... Hope I am just over-doing it?
