What Causes Sudden Excessive Sweating And Tunnel Vision?

my fiancé suddenly started sweating buckets and then he experienced tunnel vision and then he fell on the floor (thankfully a friend of his was able to break the fall) his eyes were open but he wasn t aware of his surroundings for about 10 seconds and then he snapped back...this happened on Saturday night and he didn t want to go to the er and had his friends disconnect with 911... he was tired sunday and will be seeing his doctor tomorrow... he is a fit 50 yo male, about 6 and 180 lbs....and sees his doctor regularly ... what does this sound like to you?

I really appreciate your concern, the first possibility is TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) second hypoglycemia, third late onset of Epileptic seizure, and other for to differentiate these he needs, MRI of brain, EKG, routine blood test and clinical examination hope this information helps.
