What Causes Sudden Excruciating Pain On Left Side Of Abdomen?

when i was bending to pot my shoes on one side of my stomach started to hurt me so badly like it was a cramp or liver problem i finally hold my stomach and lay down on the floor by screaming i do not know what type of sign is that? is that cancer signs

I understand your concern.
What pain you have experienced is unlikely to be that of cancer.
It appears more likely to be caused due to muscle catch because of spasms. You can take analgesic with muscle relaxant like Ibuprofen + Chloroxasone tablet.
To rule out anything disorder inside the abdomen, you can get ultrasound abdomen done.
