What Causes Sudden Fainting Along With Fatigue And Blurred Vision?

was at emergency room from fainting my tropin levels were 1.25 over a 6 hr period. then a few hours later dropped to normal range. no medication given, just overnight observation and sent home. Should I be concerned. Im still very tired, weak, heddache andblurred vision

Hypotension and hypoglycemia had to be ruled out by blood pressure measurement and serum blood glucose estimation. In case, if you have not taken enough food, then you may have a feeling of lack of energy, dizziness and headache. You need to take regular meals and symptomatic management can be done for that. If headache is intense then Paracetamol can be prescribed. If no improvement, then I suggest you to consult physician for general physical examination.
