I was walking yesterday when suddenly, I fell face first on the concrete sidewalk; I do not remember falling, just the impact of my face against the concrete since it knocked my front teeth out and I was bleeding. I believed I blacked out and this scares me, can you tell me why this would happen?
You have problem of sudden fainting that may be because of low blood sugar level. Check your blood sugar level.
Dehydration may cause fainting.Low blood pressure may cause less blood supply to brain and syncope occur. Check your blood pressure also.
Some antihypertensive drugs may cause this type of symptoms. Sudden changing of posture cause postural hypotension.
Anemia may cause low oxygen carring capacity lead to syncope. Brain lesion or other condition cause fainting.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis. Proper history and physical examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
You mention that you have broken tooth and it bleed.So consent a dentist to check that there is facture in tooth present or not.Tooth is mobile or not. Take one IOPA for further diagnosis.
