What Causes Sudden Fatigue And Body Ache?
About 8 years ago I had a medical situation that stumped me. I was tired and slept for 2 days straight, I had no ambition to do anything. I was absolutely fridge cold, shivered. My muscles were tired and my body ached. I finally made it to Emergicare. Nobody knew what was my problem. They treated me like was a drug addict. I don t do drugs. I had no fever.

This sounds like adult chronic fatigue syndrome which is be coming very common nowadays.
There is no known cause of this syndrome.
The best way diagnosis is to do severaltests and if negative then you can make the diagnosis
But it is better to rule out diabetes by doing blood sugar level. hypotension . just by doing blood pressure
If these are normal do other tests depending on clinical . familial . and environmental conditions.
