What Causes Sudden Fatigue, Body Pain And Weakness In Upper Torso And Arms?

My symptoms include immediate fatigue, achiness, and weakness in upper torso and arms. I feel I should sit till it passes which it does in about one minute. My doctor gave me EKG and sent me for a scan of my heart and all results were fine about one year ago. This happened today and before that a week ago and before that a month ago.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be heart disease but it could be some nonspecific symptom in my opinion if this symptoms happening on and often then you have to get done the stress test and ECHO test, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something else could have been thought hope this information helps.
