What Causes Sudden Fatigue With Body Ache And Feverish Feeling?

Hi - I have a question - since last weekend I have been experience sudden lethargy and body aches. I felt feverish and rested over the weekend and that helped but again this week I feed lethargic, my body aches and my shoulders and neck seem tensed. I am not running a fever.
