What Causes Sudden Fatigue,blurred Vision And Weakness In Hands?

HI, I am a 30 years old woman without a specific health condition. Recently I have experienced sudden fatigue, blurred vision, body becoming cold and then some times hot, weakness in my hands in a way that I had to sit or lay down for a while. Eating helped but these happened when I wasn't that hungry, about 4 hours after the last meal. These are the medicines that I am on: lexapro, sprinoloctone, and birth control. Could you please help me, I am very much worried.Thanks!
